Moving in/out

  • Registering with the Estate Office

    When moving into Bow Quarter ensure you register your contact details with the Estate Office to ensure:

    - package deliveries for your flat are correctly stored in the mailroom

    - you can be contacted in case of emergency

  • Moving Date

    Inform the concierge of the date of the move.

  • Lift Use

    If you intend to use the lift, you MUST follow the lift policy. Failing to do this could result in you having to pay costs.

  • Fire Doors

    Please take care with fire doors, as damage will have to be repaired and charged to your flat.

  • Stairs

    If you are using the staircase, please take care to avoid damaging walls or any other fixtures and fittings (especially lights) as repair costs will be charged to your flat.

  • Noise

    To avoid disturbing other residents please avoid moving heavy items between the hours of 8pm and 8am.
